During the Design and Discovery phase, we work with you to establish an understanding of your vision and how we can make it work within your budget. We will collaborate with an architect and designer to bring your dream to life. We will sign a simple agreement and require a small deposit during this phase. We can assist with financing options for the construction and will want to begin this as quickly as possible to ensure this does not hold up any other phase of the project.

During the Pre-Construction phase, we will work with you to create a home specifically designed with you in mind. We will obsess over the design elements of each room and work with you to envision how your family will live in the home. At the same time, we will meet with our supply partners and shop for selections that fit within the desired budget. Once many of the selections have been made, we can begin putting together a final budget based off of true numbers and bids from sub-contractors.

During the Construction Phase, we will coordinate and supervise the efforts of all the people committed to bringing your vision to reality. We will have a shared budget summary where you will have real-time and transparent access to every expense incurred throughout the process. Your home will be a handcrafted product- combining art, science and raw labor. We work together to inspect the quality and ensure the home is delivered to you and that the value will be maintained for years to come.
