Your home is protected by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC) warranty requirements, which set coverage periods for workmanship, materials, and structural components beginning when you take possession of the home or Certificate of Occupancy is obtained.
Most workmanship and materials: 2 years.
Structural components: extended coverage per ROC guidelines.
Manufacturer warranties: may extend coverage on appliances and systems beyond the builder’s warranty.
